As a physiotherapist, yoga, and Pilates consultant, I’ve seen how essential consistent physical and mental maintenance is to living a long, joyful, and healthy life. That’s why I’m thrilled to invite you to a truly transformative experience: The Self Project Retreat in the inspiring landscapes of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

From April 26th to May 3rd, we will embark on a 7-day wellbeing and cultural immersion designed to reset your system, strengthen your resilience, and elevate your self-care rituals.
