This 90-minute winter workshop combines Yin Yoga, acupressure, and optional dry needling/acupuncture to support deep rest, tissue hydration, and nervous system regulation.
Inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, the theme Nourishing the Deep Reserve: Water, Stillness & the Kidneys reflects winter as a season for slowing down, restoring energy, and reconnecting with yourself.
Through long-held Yin poses, breathwork, and targeted therapeutic techniques, you'll be guided into a deeply restorative state that supports both physical recovery and energetic balance.
Class sizes are intentionally limited to ensure personalised care and safe application of acupressure and needling techniques.
The session concludes with warm herbal tea and light refreshments, allowing time to gently transition before heading home.

Additional elements may include trigger point release, lymphatic massage, and immersive crystal bowl sound baths, all intended to help participants feel restored, empowered, and on the path to becoming the best version of themselves.
Beyond the physical benefits, the workshops cultivate self-awareness, journaling practices, and compassion, providing space for participants to connect more deeply with themselves and with like-minded individuals in a gentle, supportive environment.
