Back by popular demand, Crittenden Wines and BeYogalates are coming together once again for an afternoon dedicated to wellbeing, connection, and indulgence. Set by the lake at Crittenden Wines, this special collaboration invites you to slow down and reset with Lisa from The Self Project guiding a soulful movement and breathwork session designed to restore calm and clarity.


After your practice, unwind and indulge in a beautifully curated two-course lunch, perfectly paired with a glass of Crittenden’s Pinot Gris or Pinot Noir. Join us on Friday April 24th from 10:45am to 2:00pm at 25 Harrisons Rd, Dromana for an unforgettable experience of Pilates, dining, and connection in a truly serene setting.

Additional elements may include trigger point release, lymphatic massage, and immersive crystal bowl sound baths, all intended to help participants feel restored, empowered, and on the path to becoming the best version of themselves.
